Really great customer service always. Always clean and staff is polite and supportive.
The worst Tim hortons in Kamloops. Multiple times I’ve had food and drinks come out wrong. Photo is just one of many bad items I’ve gotten. Also the people working are extremely rude and have a horrible speed of service.
Why Im told every time i come here for lunch and nobody is behind me to go park off to the side and wait for my food? Just so their time clock doesn't show how long my food actually took to make. Tim hortons is becoming less and less appealing every day that goes by.
