Waited 20 minutes to get one sandwich. Service was very slow and very unorganized
I ordered double double in the morning, instead of 2 cream 1 honey they put 2 honey 2 sugar only no cream. It was busy in the morning they always do mix and match the orders. They spoiled my mood
Staff have really poor manners. I’d be horrified if my staff spoke to customers like that.
By the amount of bad reviews that are old, especially about work etiquette, something tells me whoever responds to these reviews about telling their employees to do better is either not actually happening or the employees that needed the talking are not listening. I ordered a coffee and before i could say my other order the guy taking my order was rushing me and didnt bother to ask if that was everything. Only location in the area that has ham and cheddar sandwiches!! Got our order perfect, double toasted the sandwiches and was very yummy! Plus staff were nice!
