Always out of everything doesn’t matter the time of day, twice I received my London fog tea room temp, some staff is really good here the rest no effort and rude.
Lady at the drive threw didnt say a word , handed me a machine to pay . Pushed a drink in my hand and slammed the window shut. Ive been coming to this one for years ive grown up here. The service has gone to shit. You have 3 old employees who are a amazing and a few other nice new ones. But everytime the other girl is there shes rude and dismissive. The service I received on October 20th around dinner time was atrocious. It took me a few minutes to even get my order taken and the person kept interrupting me. Then I go to pull forward at 5:39 ( just so happened to look at the clock) and I waited till 5:55 till I got my drink. My ONE single drink. 16 MINUTES! For a hot chocolate.
