I’ve gone to this location a few times around 9:00 pm. One time I asked for a bagel and they said they were no longer serving food for the day. I noticed that evening they were closing at 9:30 for some maintenance so it made sense. I came back another night again around 9:00pm (I checked the hours online to make sure they were still open, Google said open till 11:00pm) and I asked for a wrap. Shawn in the drive thru window - has so much charisma, charming, and polite. Got our order out in a timely matter and is easy to talk to. Made our day !
These ppl literally do not know how to do their job. Not once have they ever gotten my oder right the first time. They do not up sale. They barely speak to you or make eye contact. The store is filthy. And they seem to only be able to serve the counter or the windows. Not functional to do it all at once. Skip this one if you can. Needs new management desperately. 5 minutes of being inside I was squirming wanting to give these ppl a sense of direction.
