**Update 2026** I have to say, this Tim Hortons has greatly improved since my last review! Staff are helpful, items are in stock, and the drive thru flows smoothly. Props, keep up the great work! Original: I live in Brock, and generally skip this Tim Hortons. When there is no line you usually end up still waiting 10min. Tonight I went there at 21:30 - no timbits, no croissants, and was rushed through my order. Should have gone to the downtown, or Sahali one instead.
I’m only leaving this review because I’ve gone here so many times and they continuously get my order wrong 95% of the time I go here, makes the food look like a bomb went off in the bag, service is atrocious other than one nice lady that works there. My breakfast sandwich was missing half the bun.. how do you serve that to a paying customer? AND wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered AND was built horribly. Do better
0 stars. Customer service was atrocious. & they are never stocked with doughnuts. 2 years later its still crap. Masive language barrier, never have the donuts you order still and this time they didnt even have buns for a sandwich.
