As of june 2026, your staff is slow, unorganised, and doesn’t follow instructions. I waited 20 mins for a coffee only for the staff to absentmindedly make one in 10 seconds- with the ingredients all wrong and the coffee taste old and burnt. My friend had to throw out his “coffee” because it was basically all cream in it
