"we'll get to you eventually" operater is saving on payroll by overworking their staff and letting their customers down. staff still always manages to do their best and be polite. poor upper management, great staff.

Shah and Lovebreet and Sukhmani are awesome. They are terrific at Tim's. They are friendly, polite, and can't do enough for the customer. They make my day with their warm smiles. I feel Shah is exceptional. He should be a supervisor or manager. I feel he is management material
