I can't give them a 1 becuase a couple of teh workers are very nice, however, the majority of them appear to hate their job and hate their customers for placing an order. I NEVER get a "welcome," "please," or "thank you." Pull up to the speaker and you hear, "what would you like," or even "what do you want?" What happened to the polite greetings and thank yous? Best location in town. I know they've been dealt a bad card with all the homeless/drug issues in this part of town but they sure don't show it. Always happy and cheerful when I get my coffee in the morning. If I'm ever sitting in dining, I constantly see them wiping tables and ensuring the place is well kept up. Keep being great!!

I really appreciate all the effort you put in every day.The coffee is always fresh, and the staff always greets with a smile. Even during busy times, they stay calm and respectful.
