First I would like to say it’s hit or miss. I ask for tea and milk and sweetener and get coffee with cream (I can’t drink cream and don’t like coffee) then the next time it’s perfect! The staff are polite. I find that since they brought the app for mobile ordering it’s very frustrating for staff and customers. I have used mobile orders then wait 10 min for it, so being a daily customer I just walk in now. Terrible drive through service : "Yeah?". Customer service is done!
Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude and careless, and my coffee was given to me in a complete mess—spilled all over the cup and lid. It felt like no effort or respect was put into serving customers. Paying for a drink and receiving this kind of service is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back.
