Tim was excellent and so very helpful. The process seemed daunting to us as first time buyers but Tim made it pretty painless. He helped us find what we believe is our "forever" home.
Tim went above and beyond to make sure we closed on time when our lender did not adhere to his timeline. He advocated for us with the seller, communicated regularly, and was extremely knowledge with all the questions we had for him. Tim was a fantastic agent to work with. He took the time to get to know us, and showed us a wide variety of homes and neighborhoods, so that we were able to make a well informed decision when it came time to buy. He pointed out things like the direction the house faces, and how it would be affected by the sun - little things like that you might not think of when seeing several houses a day! I have known Tim for many years. We worked together at an appraisal firm when he moved here from California.
