USA world cup game on a Sunday. No patio service. I had to go up to the bar for every drink, no service at all. At one point I asked for a pitcher of tea and water to help out, since everyone on the patio was dry. The bartender wanted to charge me to do tea refills for them. I said ok, how about just a water pitcher? She about lost it (I suggested dumping the tea and I would refill waters for her. Nope, she melted down and walked away. Worst mgmt planning I have ever seen. Pathetic
