Asked Dr. Mah, my GP, for a referral to a psychiatrist and he refused while he kept telling me that he wouldn't argue with me. Despite that the only way to see a psychiatrist in Victoria/BC/Canada is through referral, and as a doctor he is refusing to refer to a mental health specialist regarding my mental health. Regardless of my established case history and Dr. Mah's willingness to continually prescribe me with a psychiatric medication...
On National Physicians Day, I am here to say thank you to Dr. Chandler and Dr. Izadi for the wonderful care I have received over the last 6 years! Dr. C. championed for me when I needed advocacy and I will be forever grateful. I hope we can all be a little more compassionate, patient and give grace to the many Doctors who work hard to help us. Thank you to the front desk as well for all the hard work you do. <3

I see many negative reviews, but i hope we can have compassion for all of the issues that our doctors, nurses, clinic staff have had to deal with. Through Covid and with so many medical clinics closed and all the doctor shortages in Victoria. And for me, I have always had a pleasant experience. they are always great to deal with i’ve been going to and using their telehealth for over two years after my last 3 walk ins closed and never had a problem
