Dr. Tillery's office fraudulently charged my employer's Visa for $10,000, literally the moment they received the card number. The treatment recommended for this money, had not even begun yet! In the process of asking more in depth questions about the proposed treatment, I was told I did not trust their office. At that time, Lisa, (aka office manager) his 'daughter', was demeaning and condescending. She offered to return the money. She drug the issue out for weeks, giving my employer all kinds of excuses. This is the only dental office that has made me comfortable. I have an intense fear of dentists. I do appreciate their entire staff and Dr. Tillery for going above and beyond to help me not be so fearful. I won't go anywhere else.
All staff very nice. They have all the latest technology. Even my husband said he would go back, and he doesn’t like going to a dentist.
Very unhappy with deceitful practicing regarding payment coverage. We are seniors on fixed income Provided my ******** and ************* care information at registration over the phone. They didn't inform me we were out of network and costs would be higher. Same thing happened at my first appointment, again when my wife registered and a fourth time at her first appointment. I would not go anywhere else!! Before I came to Tillary Family Dental I had been to a number of other dentists, had a lot of work done, and had extreme dental phobia. Now, with Tillary, my fear is gone!! So gentle, caring, and always makes sure I am comfortable. Entire office is amazing.
