Just want to say the service I received from Jonny was impeccable - we had our tiles delivered and a few of them were not level, after asking him what we should do he immediately got onto the issue and said instead of sending the required amount of tiles we'd need to resolve the issue, he sent double the amount to ensure we had more than enough! Seriously happy with your service Jonny, that's what I call customer service! I truly recommend Tiles Republic to anyone - and their prices are second to none as well!
Worst customer service.The man here was so rude and mannerless .Needs to learn some customer service ethics.
Go here first before Beaumonts or National Tiles! You will get good quality tiles for about half the price of the large chain stores up the road. The range is smaller but big enough to provide good options. Johnny is very helpful and gave good advice about which way to go. Highly recommend.
