Great customer service and selection. We will be back here for sure. Colleen was awesome at helping pick our tile, Mark loaded the truck and another employee (sorry I didn't catch your name) entertained and helped me with my kids!
I had THE BEST TIME TODAY over at Tile Outlet, Etc in Rogers, MN. Micah, Marketing Manager at TILE OUTLET, ETC as well as the ABSOLUTE BEST SALES ASSOCIATE EVER! Micah spent over 1 1/2 with my hubby & I helping us to locate tile & flooring options for our kitchen remodel. Micah, was knowledgeable, pleasant & patient an all around really nice guy. We actually found a STEAL OF A DEAL ON WALL TILE at their FABULOUS OUTDOOR TENT SALE THAT ENDS TOMORROW. YOU HAVE TO STOP BY & TELL MICAH, VIKKI SAID HEY!
Mark and Colleen were exceptionally helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Would not go anywhere else. Excellent service, with GREAT product, at a GREAT price. Will be a return shopper without a doubt! Very refreshing to shop at such an honest and caring business. Thank you!
Lots of neat tiles that aren't in every other store.
Working on finishing our basement - we bought flooring, all bathroom tile, and rock tiling for our fireplace. We love the huge amount of options to pick from, the prices are really and Mark and Colleen are so helpful. They're full of creative options and knowledge. We'll go back again and again.
