best way to sum it up is that they are not particularly interested in you either way. if you'll buy some tile, they'll write it up, but not much ones for thinking about your particular situation. it's a shame because they seem to be the oldest tile place left in the city.
I ordered 18”x18” marble tile pieces. I picked up the unopened boxes myself and stored them in my clean, air quality controlled basement. When the my contractors opened the boxes, they found a paper stating product is to be inspected within 72hrs of delivery. I worked with Jake. At no point did he tell me I had to inspect the product. He told me, It was their responsibility to inspect the marble. After opening and inspecting, several pieces had rust stains and some sort of pink substance stained on the marble.
