The rooms are nice neat and clean. the place was just remodeled so everything is new in the rooms and looks great. rooms have microwave, refrigerator, TV, new beds, and much more. the best part of staying there is that its cheaper than any other places with better looking. i highly recommended to stay here rather than any other expensive places because i seen them and they are not as clean as this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STAYING HERE!!! Makes you feel like your own house.
This is a great place for anyone looking for a room. Everything is so nice I love the service they offer, also great location next to the beach and downtown. I would highly recommend this place for everyone to stay here.
Great location. Friendly staff. A good value in a budget price motel. A larger shower than I've had in much more expensive hotels.
I stayed there for a week. The Staff and the manager were really nice and welcoming. The room were really clean and I loved the decorations in the room which was very unique. Everything around the motel was peaceful and clean. I enjoyed staying there and I recommend this motel to everyone who are looking for a cheap, clean and peaceful stay. Also, the location of the motel is near everything (beach, restaurant, downtown,etc...)
I spent one week at the Tiki earlier this year. The family that manages this hotel immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. They were friendly and very accomodating. For a woman traveling alone security is a priority and I can tell you that I felt very safe, not only in the motel but walking the area both at night and in the mornings. Supermarket, banks, restaurants and even the beach are at walking distance (I am a jogger so having a nice area to excersice is also priority). Lovely bedroom with beautiful artwork, which was extremely pleasing to find considering the low price. Beach is only a 10 minute walk away, the mall and movie theatre is very close. Papa johns pizza is right next door and there are many other value for money restaurants close such as Mexican and Italian places. Very nice rooms, nice plasma tv and very nice people. I highly recommend it if you are looking a cheap and nice motel. The only thing was that we got a non smoking room and it was smelling cigarette a lil bit. But still the experience was very good.
i have stayed at this motel a number of times, whenever im in town on business. i choose this motel because its has good rates and the management is very professional and curtious. i have noticed the change in the quality with the new management and would recommend this motel to anyone i know.
I was looking for an efficiency room for a couple I was working with. The previous place they stayed was a dump but the Tiki Hut was clean & the Manager & staff were fabulous. I would definitely recommend this motel. Its close to the beach, restaurants & grocery store.
