Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Ich bekomme keine Hilfe obwohl Mein Installateur und ich Tigo angeschrieben haben.
From all i read many people are saying Tigo breaks so often and whats worse the support is nonexistence when problem occurs. I was planning to buy my system with Tigo optimiser but dont think i will do it now.
After 2 months from the installation of Tigo optimizers I had several issues still unsolved. The CCA broke and was replaced. The replaced CCA stopped working after one week. I lost more than 2 weeks data. Moreover, By shading more than 3 panels the whole array reduces production. I am afraid optimization is not working as supposed. Support is kind via whatsapp, but after 1 month of unsolved issues I got tired of Tigo. I think I wasted my money and will not recommend Tigo to others. Marco
RecommendedSo far so good, but I want to know more about how calculations are made, and if there is a way to access the data logger directly, like you can with inverters. So far some questions I have posted have not been answered. Hope to hear something soon.

Bonjour, Mes parents ont le système Tigo pour le suivi de la production des panneaux solaire. A l'heure actuelle certains panneaux ne produisent plus et personne ne peux leur venir en aide. Y a t-il des revendeurs en France ? Il y a juste deux petits boitiers à changer. merci d'avance pour votre réponse.
