Just wanted to tell my Tiger Plaza staff that I am truly thankful for all you guys have done to make this move great. Being able to work with me for a gr re at transfer is much appreciated. I look forward to another year with youngiys! Everyone from the leasing staff to maintenance to the property management has been patient and professional with all my unending problems!
Horrible horrible loving conditions I have been living here about 6 months I had to beg them to fix things. The manager sucks not to mention this is the third time my apartment had had roof leakage. No one takes anything serious here unless it's about rent this is by far the worse place I have ever lived. Loving her I like living with animals.
Tiger Plaza is by far the worst apartment complex in the LSU area. I would rather live in Angola Prison. For example, the lock on the gate at the pedestrian entrance behind tigerland is broken. The logical solution would be to fix it, the Tiger Plaza solution is to put a chain around it & forget about it. STTDB.

I assumed this would be like the college community I lived in before, not even close. Was told they had a gym. They have a room with a punching bag and one machine. Was told cable was included in my rent. While in actuality "it is provided in the common area & I would have to call the cable company & pay to have it installed in my room." There's mold growing on my bathroom ceiling from a leak upstairs. I'd consider myself lucky to get hot water once a week. Too many sketchy individuals reside here. Don't even bother putting in service requests because they won't fix it. Stuft that's been broken since we've moved in (in April) are still "in progress" maintenence is slow and usually has to come back multiple times, but they're nice. The people in the office will be nice to you but don't care about anything really. Apartments themselves are nice and spaciou s, but the leases are way too long. Won't be renewing here
Do not live here. They will show their residents no appreciation. I've lived here for 3 years, lived with maintenance problems and loud neighbors for longer than I should have, never missed rent or paid late, and they still tow my mom's vehicle on the only night she was visiting because she didn't have a parking pass and there was no visitor parking available. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can find a better place to rent from.
