I moved into this apartment complex August 2015. I knew friends who lived there and had no problems. I, on the other hand, had constant problems with the management here and the maintenance crew. Unfortunately, my review from Google was removed by the company in an expressive short amount of time. I simply stated that Tyler Jordan, the assistant manager, has often used racial slurs when referring to employees and residents and University Communities refuses to address it.
I'm a current resident who doesn't look to renew. I've been without internet since the flood. That's over 4 months without a service that's included in my rent. I've had to enter the same service request more than once and one pair still isn't resolved. I've called the office at different times during the morning and afternoon, leaving a voicemail at times. No answer or callback is received.
This is the worse place to move to, I have been here a week, my sink is leaking, my washer is broke, my dishwasher is not secure, and to top it off I have a rat running around my apt, he not only got on my counter but there are rat droppings inside my skillet. Dont waste ur time, money, or sanity moving in these RAGGEDY APTS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MAINTENANCE MAN DOING ANYTHING AROUND HERE
