After many years of ordering from them I have to unfortunately say that we will no longer be using this florist. The last two orders of long stem roses (2 dozen) each time didn’t last more than two or 3 days. I decided to call and let them know at the first opportunity I had, but instead of trying to make it right, they decided it was better to lose a long time customer.

Ordered well in advance, pd surcharge for dark flowers. Showed photos and I got back absolute CRAP. Refunded my $ but it’s too late as these were for a wedding……, disgraceful and they don’t give a damn

Last week I ordered in Henderson store a $140 bouquet. They said I could pick it up next day between 3-4pm but also said the store is open til 5pm. I arrived at 4.23pm to a lights off locked door. I called the number on my receipt and the summerlin store answered. After some time called me back and said that they had left for the day and that I could pick up the bouquet the next day and again said they close at 5pm. A bit dissapointed when I called to reserve some flowers for pickup and on the day of the pickup they said they didn’t receive my order. Such lies. They said they didn’t have my flowers at first and when I got mad, they suddenly appeared. Not sure what’s going on with this establishment. Don’t buy from them. They’re going to ruin your special day.

Don’t buy from these people. While they say the floral arrangement may differ from what is pictured they lie! The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. I had ordered the dessert bloom succulents for my sister’s birthday. I live on the east coast so I had to order online. First of all they delivered the order to the wrong place so they did not get to her on her birthday. Then I learned that the arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered.
