Highly recommend Tiger home inspections. Nate came out and did a amazing job. He saved me from buying a rental property that had tons of issues that I didn't see during my walkthrough. Nate Kuzdzal recently inspected the home I am selling. He got it wrong on so many levels, it prompts me to leave this factual review so you do not use him. Direct to the issues. He gave water heater a poor rating. Stated that it is installed incorrectly and does not generate hot water. Licensed plumber disagrees. When testing the hot water , he likely tested from a sink that recent work was done because the connections under the sink were reversed. A good home inspector would have checked that.
