A couple defective parts sent us to Vogt Service in Fort Worth, TX. Cliff, head of the service department, managed the project to replace the defective parts & some significant resulting fallout. He even brought in Jim from Tiffin to resolve the problems. Then Jeremy, Shop Foreman, took over to get the RV on the road. He even took us in early because we arrived about 7am. It was a breath of fresh air in a world where service isn't always so excellent.
VOGT RV really worked with me on purchasing my new, 2026 Tiffin RV. Stephen was quick to provide answers to all my questions and the whole staff treated me like family.
The people at Vogt is truly like family since the time we bought our RV. They always have taken care of our motorhome issues matter what. Today Dannylla Morales and Mr. Cliff in the service department again came though with an a/c repair even though they are swamped with work. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate their customer service and compassion. Great folks.
Customer service is excellent, Sarah Shipman is my service advisor, and she communicates with me well and keeps me up to date on the outstanding issues with my RV. Everyone in there, mechanics and customer service are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I don’t experience the constant upselling pressure that other places have, which is what makes me a repeat customer. After taking our 1st trip in our new Tiffin coach, we had warranty items to be fixed & an insurance claim to be processed. We took it to Vogt Service in Fort Worth. Cliff was our main contact & we had weekly checkpoints with him. Because we had an upcoming trip, we had only a couple months to get the work done.
