2026 This year, Vogt Service failed with substandard workmanship & poor project management. When we took our RV in for this year's warranty work, we found that Cliff, last year's service manager, had left the service department. Sadly the current service group did not learn from Cliff's presence. We have an appointment to service our coach on Monday. Just working with Steven on the phone setting up and adjust the time and services needed has been very pleasant. I have a good feeling this service will be beneficial. We are driving over 400 miles to get to this service center because of their dominance of the service industry for RV's.
Steve Evans is the BEST!!! Handled a very difficult situation with professionalism and grace. Have always enjoyed dealing with these people.
A lot of places claimed to treat you like family these guys Truly do. I picked up my brand new RV and everything worked perfect on the initial walk-through unfortunately when I got to my camping spot, there were a couple issues. I called to let them know the next morning.
