If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Very unprofessional and sloppy person. Yelled at me for requesting an additional service. I scheduled my appointment for 7pm and she was starting on someone else's hair at that time. At 740pm she was still not ready to start my hair. She told me that nobody in town starts hair appointments on time. Extremely pitiful business. If she were the last hairstylist on the planet, I would shave my head bald.
My initial appointment was for 6:15, pushed to 6:30…which was okay. I get there and she’s doing another head. Proceeded to tell me “I’m about to put her under the dryer then I’m bout to eat. It’s gone be at least another hour. Make sure you back at 7:30 because I have a 10:00.” Ma’am…you’re not even on time! Then sent me a text message like I was the one at fault or in the wrong. No people skills at all…untimely, unprofessional, unmannerly, and would NOT recommend.
