First, the last was trying to talk me into doing dip nails instead of gel, I like the gel polish. Then the little tool they use to scrape your nails, she used to tighten her light stand, then used it again on me?!!! One if my fingers are cut pretty bad from the cuticle cutter. The lady couldn't do a simple design so she had someone else do my design... then that lady dropped a nail polish brush on the floor, wiped it off and used it again.
