My sister is still currently getting her nails fixed for her wedding day. Several employees have gotten attitudes throughout her experience simply because she wanted particular nails on her wedding day. When she pointed out what she did not like, the employee said “well you’re too picky” this is completely unacceptable and the first time something like this has happened since we’ve been customers of Tiffany’s. We will not be back

First of all, the guy who did my daughter’s nails was rude and had an attitude the ENTIRE time. Secondly, when he used the nail drill he actually cut two of her fingers at the cuticle. Then he was visibly ticked when he wasn’t tipped, for obvious reasons, and “bumped” into me when he walked around me. Seriously? The receptionist claimed “language barrier” when my daughter showed her the injuries. Unacceptable and we won’t be going back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
I went on Sunday (first Sunday open) for the first time in probably 5-6 years. Liz was absolutely wonderful and did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I’m definitely going to make appointments with her going forward. Thank you for opening on Sundays for us that cannot make it Monday- Saturday.
