My friend and I went in to get sns color change. We both asked for the same color and I was given a color that didn’t look even close. Being the last customers of the day we left and I thought it would be fine. I noticed when i got home that the base coat was still showing under the chrome and decided to come back two days after to get it fixed. I was waiting for an hour and was not seen. But there were people who came in after me who were in a chair before me. I spoke with the guy who were sitting everyone and he was rude and inconsiderate
Here getting my 7yr old a mani & pedi and was told I couldn’t sit in the back with her. I could understand if they were busy and needed the chair I was sitting in but NOPE that wasn’t the case. If her feet weren’t already in the water we would have walked out. Rude as hell!!! #I’ll take my $$ somewhere else
I am not one to leave bad reviews but as a cosmetologist myself this is terrible! The rush through everything, nicking me and trying to put a fresh open wound back into their Luke warm soaking bowls which God only knows what kind of bacteria they harbor! I've had issues with my S and S nails not staying on even 2 weeks. I've had them 4 times now and this last time they stayed on but when one finally did pop off, fungus on my nail!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! ������
First time visit. I requested a manicure with a Gel Polish Shellac. I was sent to an awesome guy who gave me high end service. He even gave me a hand massage at the end! I also love the large selection of nail colors. I will be back!
