Paid 100 for the volcanic pedicure And sns manicure on top of real nails on Saturday afternoon and the manicure is completely messed up and I ended up with an infection in my toe that started up 2 days after. The manicure was black tipped and pink and it’s uneven tips are messed up and can see my natural nails from the side and there is black speckles all over the pink. One nail broke the next day and went to get repaired and they only fixed the broken nail and tech said it happens when I get black tips and told me next time... read more

Let me just start by saying, I used to frequently come here for eyebrows and nails-recommended them highly to anyone until yesterday 3/19/21 . Horribly rushed service , was nicked with the drill twice and bled. No concern from tech . Nvm any of the other flaws I won’t nitpick. Then not even a full 24 hours later a nail breaks 🤷🏽♀️ not like I stubbed it or hit it or smashed it-nothing of the sort. Called to have it fixed-okay.
