I just moved in to this unit, I am so happy with my apartment and how easy and smooth was the process , Fabian was so helpful and attentive totally recommend going with him if you are interested in the building

Be extremely careful before applying here!! They respond quickly and professionally only when they want you to submit an application. But once they have your application and money, communication becomes nearly impossible. We called multiple times every day (sometimes 10+ calls a day) and nobody answered. The only way to get any update was to wait for their one callback a day, if they decided to call at all. Living here has been a constant test of my patience entirely due to the lack of responsiveness from maintenance. Getting anything done in your apartment is like pulling teeth. I'm going on day 3 of my AC leaking and no one has been by to repair it. The maintenance department is so poorly run. A few weeks ago, I had a moisture issue in my apartment so they had to bring some equipment in.
