Christopher is a great maintenance team worker
After four years in this building, I was forced to leave due to serious safety concerns that were not appropriately addressed by management. I experienced harassment from a maintenance worker, reported it to management, and received no action — until my car was vandalized twice on the property shortly after. Even then, instead of showing concern or accountability, management distanced themselves and avoided responsibility. Horrifically rude maintenance man.
The garage door in this building’s parking lot makes a very loud noise every time it opens and closes. It’s extremely disruptive, especially early in the morning, late at night, and on weekends. I reached out to the management more than two weeks ago, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. It seems the management is not on-site and unaware of ongoing issues like this, which directly impact the surrounding neighborhood. I hope someone responsible looks into this and takes action soon.
The maintenance at Tiffany Courts is 2nd to none. Alex does a wonderful job. He is prompt, courteous and professional. I don’t worry about a thing as a tenant here because Alex takes care of it all.
