Doing a quick shopping at Phipps I happened to be wearing my earrings & decided to drop by and have them clean it. Of course, the interiors will always give you the luxury feel ---but the staff are so accomodating ---that I never felt intimidated. Ricardo Tomlinson the Operations Manager assisted me ---he's the finest !!! It was a joyful experience! Thank you!
