I'm in the process of looking for a apartment and I went for an application and jovanna Gutierrez was very helpful of giving me information of what I needed to complete it and was very friendly.
I was looking for an apartment community that had all the amenities a was looking for. When I talked to Jovanna Gutierrez, she made me feel right at home. She is a great leasing consultant and answered all my questions. I live here now and I love it!
Me and my daughter have just moved in and everything went so smoothly. Jovana Gutierrez was the most helpful and made the transition for us as easy as possible. The approval process took less than a week and we could start moving in a day earlier than we had expected. Both Jovana and Monica made us feel very welcomed. I'm sure we will have a great time at Tierra Pointe Apartments. Thank you Jovana and Monica!
I have lived all over the United States ... worst place I ever lived. Lots of vandalism and shady people lurking around. Hugo and staff are lovely until you sign the lease. Then Hugo and the other corporate suits fleece you for everything they can. Yeah ... they built nice offices, but the apartments are garbage. Everything is old and it breaks, then you can't get anyone to fix it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Jovanna Gutierrez was very helpful in getting me into a apartment. In comparison to other properties where I received no help on making the best decision for myself. Very professional and on point.
