Horrible.. Poor customer service
I give 5 stars because the overall experience was great. The generosity of Monica Duarte made me feel very welcomed and at home! She gave me a tour of the complex and in details gave me all the information I needed to know about the entire place. I am Absolutely impressed with the service that she provided, i've been to other apartment complexes and was not satisfied due to the customer service. I definitely believe this has a strong role in deciding which apartments I will be going with. Thank you Tierra Pointe's !!!
What makes this place so awesome is there customer service and how nice the staff is there , i’d like to thanks Monica Duarte the leasing consultant she made sure everything was taken care of in a timely matter , I am definitely happy about the results here and can’t wait to move in ! Thanks you so much with providing me a home �
I absolutely enjoyed my visit at Tierra Point Apartments. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Monica Duarte was especially patient with my questions and showed great kindness. The property is a beautiful and the location is extremely convenient!
I give this place 5 stars! Why? Because Jovanna Guttierez made me feel welcomed and she was very helpful very generous with me and my family. I would definitely come back if there's any more rooms available for me thank you for all your services and especially to you Jovanna
I am so happy we found an apartment my husband and I. Jovanna Gutierrez was SO helpful she took her time to explain us everything she was so generous thank you for helping us. We will totally go back if there's a room availability �
Awesome place! Close to Central, I-40 Coors Blvd and Unser. The property is kept in great shape, if I ever go back to Albuquerque would move to Terra Pointe Apartments in a heartbeat.
