This is one of the worst Dr offices I have ever dealt with in the state of Florida. Whole Dr Tie is very nice the front office management is atrocious. Walking around a waiting room telling patients what they owe for a copay where others can hear should be considered a HIPAA violation. I was scheduled for a FU appointment to be cleared for an upcoming surgery. I received a very rude voicemail saying my appointment is cancelled because they no longer accept my insurance.
