They've been cleaning for us for 3 years now and we've always had great experiences. Alexis and Alycia do a great job and the house feels and looks like new every time they clean. Highly recommended.
This company must have been bought in the past few years because reviews have plummeted. All of their communication says to contact their info email, but I've done this on several occasions and had to follow up three times to get an answer. They are very abrupt and rude. Although I like the ladies that cleaned, many things were being missed. I had to keep providing feedback such as how to vacuum rugs, things not to miss, and how to do things. It was very frustrating. Disappointed - We scheduled a one time deep clean of our house, as we needed a reset after being incredibly busy the past several months. Our house is of course cleaner than it was before, but I was very disappointed when I came home and saw areas not dusted, couches/recliners not vacuumed, as well as the upstairs inside of the toilet was not cleaned.
