Disappointed - We scheduled a one time deep clean of our house, as we needed a reset after being incredibly busy the past several months. Our house is of course cleaner than it was before, but I was very disappointed when I came home and saw areas not dusted, couches/recliners not vacuumed, as well as the upstairs inside of the toilet was not cleaned. Paid for a deep clean service and extra for inside appliances and cupboards. When I got home I noticed the appliances and cupboards were not cleaned. When I call they never answer my calls. I got a call back from a voicemail and asked for them to finish the job and they said yes and that they would have someone call back to schedule and they ghosted me and never heard from them again. They also did not clean the edges of carpet (as advertised) or the floor inside any closets which were open and empty in every room. They did ... read more
