First off, their website has the wrong address which was frustrating! It would have been nice to know their location had changed when I set up the appointment. Then when I got to my appointment I quickly filled out all of my paperwork so I could be seen for my appointment, only to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes! When I asked how much longer the wait was going to be the receptionest said it was probably only going to be another 15 min. What?! So an hour and a half PAST my appointment time?!
