Bill Martin fixed my AC unit. He was very efficient in his troubleshooting and fixed the issue within a half hour. He was professional and I was pleased with the service.
I highly recomend this plummer. I searched the internet to find a plummer licensed to work with gas and found Bill Martin. I have a rental in Norfolk and don't even live in the state. My heater was very old. Bill could have told me anything but instead, he fixed it in one trip. The price was very reasonable. i am happy. My tenant is happy and I will definately use him again.

Tide water plumbing and heating is the best i have a gas pack that has not been woorking for two years so i called around looking for some one to come check it out every one that came said that it needed to be replace so them i call tide water plumbing they came out and fixed it the man realy knows i hope this help
The city hooked my water meter up with dirt in the lines and they clogged my water main. I called around and other plumbers wanted ridiculous amounts because they said all my faucets would need to be cleaned. Mr Martin came and back flushed the lines from inside the house back to the meter in the street and my problem was solved in less then 2 hours. He was a life saver! I highly recommend him!
Mr.Martin came to fix my heat at 12am after work hours an I haven't had a problem since his work is truly Great!! I recommend everyone to him
