not the best place to live in. I have a bunch of kids constantly harassing us, kicking my door, trying to steal my camera, knocking and waiting around for nothing. I don’t know any of them and quite frankly it has gotten to the point where we are moving out because of it. I have video proof of attempted theft and the kicking my door. i have called the police and I will escalate it if it happens again. Teach your kids better.
UPDATE 12/6/25: New manager CRYSTAL has been extremely unhelpful. I have called 4 times, spoken to her TWICE in regard to us being charged double for pest control AGAIN. Both times she's LIED and said she's putting the credit back onto loft and has FAILED to do this. Last month, it took over 5 calls and an office visit for Carol to credit our $100 back due to months of being double charged. I'm beyond frustrated with this place and their incompetence. STAY AWAY!! SAFETY HAZARD! Maintenance is non existent. The inventory sheet we filled out when we first moved in was pointless. They said everything would be fixed and was not. We’ve been told since February that we will get a new dishwasher. Never happened. Mold is building up. Our garbage disposal stopped working. They were supposed to come by and fix it. Never happened. DO NOT LIVE HERE hot water will go out for weeks with no solution offered. my ac has been broken for OVER A WEEK and my apartment has gotten up to 90 degrees, called MULTIPLE TIMES and i’ve been offered little to no help. i put in a work order like i was supposed to and have emailed/ called to follow up multiple times. maintenance/ emergency maintenance is impossible to get a hold of, office doesn’t even have the number for emergency maintenance. pretty crazy considering how much we get charged each month for rent.
