I just moved in on Friday and I have had several maintenance issues including my washer being full of water and won't power on. Dishwasher has brown water in it and I haven't used it Wasp nest outside my bedroom window. . They keep marking the work orders complete without coming to the unit and repairing the issue
For your own health and safety, please don't move here. My family and I have lived here for years and have never had a property owner/management this bad. The owners change every year because of all the problems and issues this place has. I found mold in my cabinets a month ago and went straight down to the office. I showed them photos. Im not sure how this place can possibly be running a business legitimately and lawfully. This place needs to be visited by code enforcement everyday.
If you’re Looking to tour this apartment or get any information about it just don’t. These people are very unprofessional and will waste your time. I came in for a tour that was scheduled for 5:30 PM and just to get information on the apartment because I had emailed them and they asked me if I needed a tour and I took time out of my schedule to come and mind you I Live two hours away, which I had mentioned to them. Been here for a year. I recommend finding another apartment complex to move into. Believe the reviews u see. Office people may by nice but these apartments are run very poorly. They give u the run around when trying to move in. Or try to give u apartments people haven’t moved out of yet. Put a work order in for my water nob that broke and have been waiting for 2 weeks. Looked at Loft and it said it had been completed, which no one ever came to fix it so I put another work order in. We haven’t had hot water in over a week now... read more
