Probably one of the worst apartment complexes in the entire hulen area
The new maintenance crew is lovely! Eric came to help with my dishwasher and ended up replacing it completely, along with fixing a few side problems that came up. He handled everything professionally and efficiently, was a great conversation as well!
You need to read this before looking to move here. All of this is true and I have lived MANY places over the last five years and this place, truly sucks. I’ve lived here for 8 months now and these are the challenges I have faced. 1. I haven’t had heating for almost 4 months!!! Yes it’s true and now my AC is down and I don’t trust them to fix it. I moved in July 2025 and signed a 13 month lease. With the 13 month lease I was supposed to get two months for free on rent. Sometime in December There was a new management switch And I was informed they would not be honoring my 13 month lease and that I only had a seven month lease. During my seven months, the Wi-Fi that I paid for has never worked in my apartment and management has refused to fix it; one individual told me I needed to get my own Wi-Fi. I had a really big problem with my toilet in my room. I had a maintenance man to come and fix it by the last name of Solomon. He did a very good job very professional cleaned his area. Everything what a good experience I will always request him to come to my home to do things that needs to be done. Great job Mr. Solomon.
