I would give negative stars if I could. Was told the day of move in that unit wouldn’t be ready and to get it pushed back a couple of days. The day comes and no communication/ updates have been received. Emailed multiple times about cancelling lease and getting a refund and no response whatsoever. We came to the property to pick up the furniture that was sent there, went to the unit to get the headboard on the day the unit was supposedly going to be ready and you could tell NO ONE went there to work on that unit. A/C has been broken for more than 2 weeks and they still have done nothing about it
So far very smooth!
scheduled a self guided tour at a time they provided. they failed to send me the codes/ how to start my tour and the office was closed.
