I move here April of 2025. It has been quite for the most part besides the towing. When it comes to fixing things they are not to be heard from. The apt was not ready for the date I was scheduled to move in. They were still painting. The paint was so strong I had to open all the windows because I got dizzy. Best way to put this place, is shitty. Ac went and no one has fixed it, we keep getting told that the pool hasn’t been approved by Fort Worth FOR 3 YEARS, cabinets are half assed made I have to fix things in my own apartment cause management and maintenance doesn’t do anything. We get charged for multiple different hot water and water fees just worded differently. We get charged for a pest control but no pests are ever sprayed. I applied for an apartment halfway across the country and worked with Amanda throughout the process. When it was time to move in, Amanda told me to come by after 5 p.m. I arrived at 5:54 p.m. and was informed that the office was already closed. Thankfully, someone saw me outside and found another staff member who was just about to leave, and they were able to help me. Chaya is the best thing going for this place! He's so helpful and willing to go above and beyond but due to circumstances out of his control, he's some times limited. Holt's not the worse place but it could be so much better if management & maintenance would step up.

Moving can be stressful, period. However, if you want the best you can get here, ask for Amanda. She cares, she listens and will see you through from start to finish and beyond. She deserves to be recognized for making a stressful time easier. I appreciate her.
