Extremely run down and neglected property. All pavement is cracked. Automatic entry and exit gates don't work. Gym doesn't require a key for entry and is always unlocked. Mailbox areas are dirty and some are clearly broken. Trash is left in the grassy areas and grassy areas are dying to lack of watering. Hand rails by steps are loose. Roach infestation issues. Thank you, Amanda! Amanda has been on top of it since I applied for a unit to the apartments. Great communication and exceedingly kind. She is both professional and an amazing asset to have as part of apartment staff. Now, regarding the property itself, I would like to say that the apartment complex appears to be very run down and neglected. many many units have window acs because management is incompetent, and won’t get maintenance to do their job. the only hire bad attitude crumby sales reps that will argue with you like you’re taking out of their paycheck. been here 5 years with 7 different companies taken over. many cars get broken into and there’s no cameras on premises so office doesn’t care. we’ve had the water, electric and ac so inconsistent it’s basically a coin flip in which WILL work that day because it’s not going to be all. washers won’t spin out y... read more

Amanda made my leasing experience so much easier! She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and stayed kind and professional through the whole process, even when I was probably stressing her out. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of. Great customer service like hers is hard to find, and she’s a huge asset to the leasing office. Thank you again, Amanda!
