Amy was so helpful Monday morning when I called in office ,and had some questions about the Tides. She was clear about details and had a positive attitude, I reccomend anyone going there to ask for her, especially if You speak spanish. I have been so very pleased with my experience with Amy Spraggins! After searching in many Apartment complex buildings she made me feel like Tided at North Arlington is homely.
Great Apartment complex, especially Amy. She knew what she was doing for her first week, she was really kind and whole hearted , she gave me 2 tours and in depth details of everything I was asking about. I really recommend anyone to go to Amy especially if you speak Spanish.

I’ve watched this trash look like this for weeks now.. this is disgusting and I promise you the air smells like the trash you see in these photos! My family member lives in these apartments and I am disappointed and at a loss for words!!! Not to mention the way they are charging fees is ridiculous!! Why would my rent be 1239 but after all these made up fees my rent is almost 1600! Who does that?!? With the way this place is handling their residents… They should just waive these leases so they can move to a safe and sanitary ... read more
