Llevo viviendo aqui unos 3 años y la verdad q es q el mpersonal ha sido amable conmigo pero estos apartamentos necesitan mucho pero muchoooo mantenimiento todo esta muy deteriorado todo por dentro dentro es muy viejo desde los gabinetes hasta las llaves de agua los aires acondicionado. La única razón por la cual no me he movido de aquí es porque es una zona muy estratégica para mi ,teniendo todo los comercios, el trabajó, la escuela de mis hijos e incluso hasta el cine muy cerca todo esta a mi alcance
My experience at Tides on Hulen Apartments was absolutely horrible. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t even close to being move-in ready. The closet doors were hanging off the tracks and couldn’t be opened or closed properly, and the apartment was not clean. For most of my lease, I didn’t have reliable hot water. Management told residents the problems were due to foundation and boiler issues, but the situation went on far too long. Living without hot water for an extended period is unacceptable.
