1-Star Review This trash service has been a major letdown. For how much they charge, I expected reliable, consistent service — but what we got was the opposite. Trash pickups are missed often, and when they do show up, it’s hit-or-miss whether everything actually gets taken. Boxes sit for days, and sometimes the bags are left behind completely. Too bad there are no less one star , I can’t write a newspaper but it won’t let me, from never answering the phone, to not fixing anything, basically there trying to lower the cost, but increasing income by up the lease and adding Internet and TV by force, witch I think is Illegal, keep doing what your doing and your gonna have people looking for other places to live! To the owner of this property, don’t you dare reply to my review! I don’t need your opinion, keep that to yourself!
This experience was beyond horrific and horrible. They literally robbed me. I was told that the hundred dollar holding deposit was refundable if we didn’t end up going through with the apartment just for the office people to tell me that I will not be getting that back. We were under the impression that we were going to pay a certain price for rent and then when we went to the office to ask about the rest of the fees and all of the above to get more information, it sounded like a great deal, but they purposely left out detai... read more
