I recently visited this property while looking for a temporary apartment during my home remodel, and my experience with one of the leasing agents was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, she seemed visibly uninterested in helping. Any time I asked a question, she would sigh, appear annoyed, and even rolled her eyes on a couple of occasions. I had the pleasure of working with Felicia. She was very nice and professional! I had a horrible experience with another apartment in the area, earlier that day. Felicia informed of what was available and needed for me to get in my apartment. She made the process simple and easy. She turned my whole day around with her great customer service!!!
Stay far away from these apartments. Why do we as residents have to suffer on a daily basis with water issues? I don't understand why the problem can't ever get fixed. The water is most often to cold to shower and if the hot water is working it will fluctuate from hot to cold to extreme hot or extreme cold. I mean I just don't know why the issue can't be resolved. The old water boiler system was better in my opinion compared to new one in place. These apartments need to be inspected by city and deemed unliveable due to water... read more
