Has been almost 5 months and I still don’t have consistent hot water. I have had weeks where I have to boil water to give my Kids a bath and it’s always an excuse about a broken pipe somewhere. With how much they charge per month you would at least expect consistent water. Also toilet has been broken for months and they won’t fix it just keep saying gotta talk to my manger and never come back to do anything.
I lived at Tides On Hulen for a year and had a very complicated experience, but I do want to say that Felicia is a wonderful person to deal with. She was very kind very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I had an issue. She was very respectful to me and never gave me any problems when I had complaints about the roaches I had. I did live in an infested apartment with roaches, but it wasn’t because of me being dirty it was because I had neighbors upstairs who were dirty. Lies lies and lies do not rent from this place no hot water ever maintenance is awful . Office never and I mean never calls back . But they want rent ! Save your money and rent elsewhere where can’t wait till this lease is up . Sadly my first apartment and bad experience . Wish I would have read the reviews !
There is NEVER any hot water. Today it’s freezing out and i can’t even get off work and take a hot shower because once again today there is no hot water
