The new management here at the formerly known tides at 5400. Now known as the hell 5400. Has a great management team, kudos to the leasing management in the office. And the maintenance team are own top of their game. I've been a tenant here for 7 years.And they have turned the property around already.

I am giving the new company a preliminary 5 star review. I am doing this because of the changes that the new company are proposing. I will review this in 6 months to update. The new management co. has assumed multiple complexes formally known as Tides and in doing so cleaned up the properties towhich they manage.
