Just received a letter that this place is closing. Sorry for the employees, but I hope Dr Alvarado doesn't see any patients ever again. What an awful Dr. I would not let him look at a fish. I feel bad wherever he ends up, hopefully nowhere in this state.
1st appointment was great he was very though. Waiting to see how injection goes and after that will be able to review more. So far so good
