Took my grandmother here to ask if the doctor could write her a prescription for the medicine she needed because nobody called her back from when she tried to get in touch with them. The receptionist was very rude and her attitude was very nasty. First of all, you do not talk to elderly people that way or to patients in general. My grandmother just wanted to see if she could wait for the prescription and talk with the doctor and she was very nasty and said that they would call her. My husband was a patient there about a little over a year ago was the last time he was seen. He had been there several times before but was now referred back by our GP. We called to make an appointment and was told since he had not been seen in over a year, they considered him a “new patient “ and they were not taking any new patients even though he had been seen there many times. Our GP called and was told the same thing so now we have to search for another diabetes specialist. Does not make sense.
