Outstanding! From start to finish, I was met with the perfect mix of professionalism, friendliness and genuine care and concern. A better experience, I could not imagine. I just called to try to get some information and the lady that I spoke to was extremely argumentative. 2* deduction.
Should get a new person for the front desk. It is a shame that the face of your facility is so unwelcoming.
Staff are rude, front desk rep was rude, and they took a long time to start appointment.
The front desk receptionist needs to learn how to speak to people in a professional manner, and not be snotty and rude.
Staff is super friendly and they get you in and out quickly.
