I did signed up for a membership at the Tidal Waves in NRH. Initially everything went smoothly. However, when I was offered to add my second car for a low initial payment, I was shocked to find that I was overcharged. Great service holder at the front helped me well.
Hispanic "greeter" guy at kiosk obviously did not want to be there today or simply did not care. As I approached the kiosk he did not make eye contact or greeted me. He put an option page with the different choices of washes available. Since this has been my 100th or more times to this carwash, I knew what I wanted. After giving him my choice of wash he put an IPad in front of my face, again with no words spoken or eye contact. I proceeded to tap my card to pay. Overall subpar for deep clean. I purchased the highest tier and the cloth dry at the end didn’t function. Car came out with water spots everywhere. Bug spots on front grate weren’t cleaned. Tires came out nice but rims were noticeably still dirty. I had to spend an hour with my cloth to get most of the water spots out. The provided cloths were great and vacuum and air were very helpful. If you want a deep clean go somewhere else. If it’s just a quick clean this place will work.
