I went in to get a hot wax clean on my car and these kids charged me for it once I went through the car wash I kept seeing the "simple clean" flashing throughout the system. I should've known something was up because they hired young kids to clean the car - this is ridiculous I asked the car wash team and 3 of them told me the wiring system is incorrect yet they didnt state that before I went through the carwash?! I wish I had taken a before and after picture. The staff today did an AMAZING job! They were super polite and attentive to details. Only selected the basic plan but went from a super dirty car to a super clean car!
I love Tidal Wave. There are so mamy washes out there but this is the best, in my opinion. The basic wash does a wonderful job on the tires and wheels where most washes do not. I honestly dont go anywhere else. Ill drive out of my way for a Tidal Wave wash and I have!
This location is great, very organized & clean. I love the amenities it offers and the costumer services is great. Angelina was a great attendee, she made sure my car was properly aligned and helped me have a better experience. Definitely recommend her and this location.
