We were never informed that the title have pending inspection. I have to follow up with the code enforcement office and Samy from Ticor for updates. It should have been done before our closing but it is till pending after more than month of closing.

Very personable
This title company took so long, that I almost lost my rate. The only reason it closed on time, is that my agent called the parent company and got the greenlight to do the paperwork herself. They didn't even secure the title of my house. The lot lines are not right. They told me they couldn't decide on the lot lines and couldn't be sure. Insuring the title is correct is their only job, and not only did they not do that, then they added a clause in my contract that said I had no right to make a claim to find out where the lot... read more
