I used to purchase tickets from other sites all the time. Once I was introduced to TicketCity, I wont go anywhere else. Their maps, prices, selection and overall experience is just.. better. LOVE Them!
I ordered tickets from Ticketcity for the Texas Longhorns vs Ole Miss game and couldn't have been happier. I received my tickets as instant download so I had them immediately, the prices were better than any other site I compared against, the service charges were in line with other vendors and the customer service was amazing. I am definitely going to buy from them again and will recommend to my friends and family.
Beware of these SCAMMERS - got to an event with the tickets from TicketCity and they wouldn't scan... The introduction of electronic tickets in circulation causes multiple people to get the same ticket, it becomes a race to the event and whoever gets there first gets in.... everyone else gets denied. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Ordered tickets for Feista Bowl a month early and no tickets. Called and was promised tickets by Dec 28 and no tickets. Flight leaves Jan 2 and we have no tickets. Only get answering service since Dec 28 and they say Ticketcity does not want to refund the money.
Excellent Service!! – I sold tickets to Ticketcity. They made the process incredibly easy. I submitted my offer and got a response within an hour. My tickets were for an event the next day so I did have to overnight them to Austin. I was nervous the company would be a scam. However they issued me a check the same day they received the tickets and I reached my rep on his cell on his day off to confirm the sale. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Always Have What I Need – I've used TicketCity for a number of years for tickets for myself, and for gifts for others. TicketCity makes me look like the star when I come through with hard-to-find tickets for my friends and family!
Great ticket broker – I have been using Ticket City for over 6 years and have always been very impressed. I have bought everything from UT Football tickets, to NY Yankee tickets, to musicals, to obscure concerts. No matter what I have been looking for, they can find it. All of the sales people I have worked with have been upfront and honest about price and availability and do whatever it takes to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I was really impressed by how professional everyone was. I ordered earlier this year for an event a few weeks ago. Throughout the process I was kept informed of my order status. We received the tickets and they were great. It rained a lot before the race, but aside from that we all had a great time.I will definitely be calling Ticket City in future whenever I need tickets.
