Unreliable team. Do not ever trust on Ticket Crusher they will come up with no dismissal instead they will justify the court proceeding at the end. Do not waste money and time relying on them. Better to look for some other. I had a simple traffic infraction which ended up with conviction, higher fine and points on my license. Took their fee upfront. Thank you Ticket Crusher. I wish I would have not contacted them.

Zero updates on my case, tired of sending emails and texts asking for case updates with no replies. They take your money and then ignore you. Be aware if you are planning in using their services.

After initial intake unable to get any substance follow up despite multiple phone calls. All I have been able to do is speak to the receptionist, after three months no contact with even a paralegal. Just keep getting told its "pending".

I got a speeding ticket, and california worryingly pass a new law for driving over a 100. A cop caught me, on a empty and semi dry freeway. The freeway was not that wet at all for me to hydroplane. I had my options to fight the ticket, or pay the ticket and take traffic school. The risk of fighting your ticket depends on if the officer shows up your court, and how well you can argue your case.
