Didn't get my ticket thrown out or reduced, did traffic school which I could've done without them. In addition they sent me the wrong case results for a case that wasn't mine (different date and person completely) and were slow to respond. I get that they can't win every case, but expected better service. The process took about a year.

I had never used a service like this before, so I didn’t have high expectations but they really came through in the clutch. Didn't expect the process to be so quick and straightforward. All I did was contact them and provide them a photo of my ticket. Everything from there on was handled by them with no intervention from my end. I even got timely updates (for ex when a court date was set etc). It was so seamless that I'd actually forgotten I had a court hearing set for a particular date. Never had to show up and apparently an attorney actually did represent me. Case was dismissed and I was notified the next morning.
