I bought a replacement watch band and what was sold to me was too short and barely fit. My fault that I didn't try it on before I left the store, but when I returned a week later (the next time I was in Burlington) I found them to be very unhelpful. It's true that I wore the watch for parts of that week, but the best they said they could do was to sell me a new, longer watch band at half price. I was very disappointed that they didn't own up to their clerk's mistake and offer to replace the watch band at no cost. I've been g... read more

As you yourself stated, you wore the band for a week, thus making it unsalable or returnable due to its condition. Had you not worn it, we would have been happy to exchange it. Tick Tock made the most beautiful engagement ring for me! My fiance worked with Beth for quite a while, making sure it was exactly right. She made it a wonderful experience for him throughout the whole process and (I dare say) he even enjoyed it!
