Over the years I've done business with all the Jewelers in the Church St area Tick Tock is by far the best, so now it's the only place I go. It was the only store that was able to repair the ancient watch that belonged to my wife's Polish aunt... Regardless of whether I'm buying an expensive piece of jewelry or need something repaired or even if I'm just browsing the staff is always very helpful and courteous.
We loved working with Tick Tock for our custom weddings bands, as well as our engagement ring purchase, every step of the way! Each member of the team is such a joy to work with and they create STUNNING designs more beautiful than we could ever imagine!
Thank you for repairing my great-grandmother’s breast-pocket watch! They handled the watch with respect, reminded me to bring my little pick-up ticket on the phone when they called to let me know it was ready, and even helped me to pick out a lovely chain within my price range. I was astonished at how swiftly and efficiently the shop worked, despite a lack of a computer system. One simply cannot beat a well-organized system, manual or automated.
