This place is the biggest joke in Lumberton TX. I went in to get my SNS powder removed and a mani. They told me it would be 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes then someone came and had me soak my nails in acetone and never came back. By the time I could feel the skin melting off my finger tips I went ahead and removed the powder myself. I went to the front to inform the man at counter about my upsetting experience and he still made me pay the $10 for the removal for the cost of "materials". Are you kidding me? My husband & I went today for pedicures & we had the best time ever. Julie & Ngyn were awesome, can't wait to visit then again!! -B #topnotchservice
Today they didn't deserve a 1 I went there for SNS and left with nails that all looked smudged and very ruff. Very poor service. I will not be back
