We had an appointment at 10:30 AM and arrived at 10:10 AM. We checked in on time and completed all required paperwork. However, after waiting for nearly two hours, we were informed that we would need to wait approximately another hour. I understand that healthcare providers can sometimes run behind schedule, but patients’ time is valuable as well.
