This clinic has extremely poor communication and unprofessional staff. Appointments are rescheduled or canceled with no notice, and no one calls to inform patients ahead of time. Clinic days are canceled without explanation, and calls are often not returned. One staff member was especially rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me during a conversation and even provided a fake name when I asked for her name. Le hice cita a mi hijo (7 años) tenía al parecer un resfriado común pero en la noche le daba fiebre, su pediatra de siempre no estaba disponible y me dieron cita con otra, ella ya me había atendido antes y muy mala experiencia pero como no había más accedí, me tardaron mucho ahí y cuando por fin nos atendió ella estaba más concentrada en anotar en la computadora que en auscultar al niño me hizo dos tres preguntas, medio checo al niño sin darme un diagnóstico solo fue dele tylenol, ya es de noche el niño ya duerme se le escuc... read more

Avoid This Health Center – Terrible Service This is the worst health center I’ve ever dealt with. Expect 30+ minute wait times just to speak with someone, only to be put on hold again or hung up on. Appointments are constantly canceled last minute. sometimes while you’re on the way, Even when they don’t cancel, a 9:30 AM appointment means you’ll be seen at 11. The staff is unfriendly, the system is down, and the whole place is completely disorganized. Go somewhere else if you can

Completely understand all the negative reviews. Rude, unprofessional, attitude. Avoid this place at all cost.
