I have to say I have never been so disappointed with a physicians staff as I am with Dr. Racz staff in Rockwall. The are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When I call and leave messages they never return my calls. I called and left a message for them to call me back and let me know the status of a pending procedure. They never called me back so I'm left in limbo wondering where I stand. Dr. Racz permanently damaged me by misdiagnosing me, mistreating the wrong symptoms, and not listening to me. He is the reason I had to have a proximal row carpectomy, something my surgeon was adamant i understood the verbiage of and that it was a "salvage" procedure. By the time I realized that Dr. Racz had no intention of actually helping me get outside treatment for the actual cause of my pain, it was far too late.. Dr Racz is a wonderful Dr and Gary is a great PA unfortunately the new office staff at the Irving facility lacks in scheduling and empathy towards his patients. I have been a patient of his for years and never have a such a bad experience as I did this week. I hope his front staff takes a class on how to handle patients with chronic pain because from my experience they need it.
He's a great doctor, but his staff leaves little to be desired. There's one African American woman who's very demeaning and rude! My medication was on backorder at the pharmacy and I couldn't get a hold of him for 4 days because they're closed on Friday and on Monday the voicemail was full so no one could return my calls. This is very frustrating! The doctor will not take calls regarding medications after hours even though your medicine is on backorder, and, I get that, however, they should answer the phone during the day.
