They are horrible – I was in a crash yesterday and my car was totaled and towed here. I am a valencia student and had alot of hw to do with all my books in the car. I was in the hospital last night and was told i could get my stuff on saturday and bring it home. When i called to tell them i was coming it was 10:50 am. I said i really need to come get my stuff and valuable out of the car and the guy said " well that sucks, we close at 11am" and hung up on me. They are rude people and do not care at all about their customers.
Excellent service – I am a college student at UCF and have been using them for almost 2 years. Tibbits has great customer service and they do excellent work. They have always given me great results.
